Who is this for?
My work is shaped around one woman in particular. She is navigating a transition - a career that no longer fits quite right, an identity that's quietly shifting, a life that worked beautifully and now feels like it's asking for something more. She doesn't see herself as lost. She sees herself as standing at a threshold. And she is ready - carefully, honestly ready - to figure out what comes next.
She has done everything right - and wonders why it doesn't feel the way she thought it would.
She is in the middle of a transition she didn't fully choose and can't quite name.
She has been the strong one for so long that she's lost the habit of asking what she needs.
She still has a dream, she just stopped believing this was the season for it.

This is not about fixing you.

Most coaching approaches treat you like a problem to be optimized. They hand you frameworks, accountability systems, and 90-day goal maps. They are built for a version of transformation that looks like performing harder, just toward different goals. I don't work that way.
Why dreams, not goals?
The coaching I practice is grounded in the CoachVille* Human Connection methodology, one of the founding philosophies of the professional coaching field, built on the belief that transformation is not about control. It is about connection.
CoachVille teaches that dreams, not objectives, not KPIs, not five-year plans, are what actually move human beings. Dreams are playful. They are growth-oriented. They invite you to become the next version of yourself rather than simply produce a better output of the current one.
That is the distinction at the heart of this work. We are not here to optimize you. We are here to help you live more fully.
