Flagship Programs

Each program is a 5-week journey - live weekly sessions on Zoom, a complete workbook and journal, recorded sessions that are yours to keep, a private community for support between sessions, and one personal 1:1 session with Ellen that you schedule when you need it most. If you begin with a free introductory session, the full experience becomes six weeks - a gentle on-ramp followed by five weeks of deep, supported work.

These two programs are designed to stand completely on their own and they are even more powerful in sequence. Many women begin with Finding the Calm to restore their foundation, then move into Rechart Your Course to redesign from a place of steadiness. Others begin with Rechart and return to Finding the Calm when life gets loud again. There is no wrong order.

A restorative life design program created for moments when life feels loud, fast, or overwhelming. For capable women weathering burnout or prolonged stress who need to restore their baseline before making big decisions.

Created first because overwhelm is the most urgent and universal doorway - this program was built for a world that feels too fast, too loud, and too relentless. It isn't about escaping that world. It's about building a different relationship with it, starting with how you begin and end each day.

Over five weeks, you'll establish morning and evening rituals that genuinely hold, build micro-habits aligned with who you want to become, and restore the steady inner life that makes everything else possible. Begin with the free Rise & Restore session and the full journey becomes six weeks - a gentle introduction followed by five weeks of real, supported transformation.
