A GUIDED ONE-HOUR REFLECTION EXPERIENCE
A guided visual reflection exploring six essential areas of your life to see where you feel aligned, where you feel stretched, and what is asking for attention. You leave with clarity about where you are and which pathway best supports you.
You will gain clarity about:
Where your energy is aligned
What feels stretched or unsettled
What is calling for your attention
How to begin your next chapter with intention

Rise & Restore Session
A GROUNDING SESSION FOR NERVOUS SYSTEM SUPPORT
A grounding experience focused on nervous system support and emotional steadiness. You understand your current stress patterns and reconnect with your body before making any decisions about direction. Calm is the prerequisite for clarity.
In this session, you will:
Reset your nervous system
Explore your current stress patterns
Identify what calms and supports you
Create a simple morning or evening rhythm
Feel grounded, present, and reconnected
